Guests will enjoy a carefully curated menu inspired by her family’s 75-year hospitality heritage, blending cherished recipes from her iconic Brilliant Gastro Restaurant with her own modern twists. Expect bold spices, rich aromas, and the kind of comforting, soulful food that has earned Dipna a devoted following on screen, in print, and in kitchens across the UK. Dipna Anand

Dipna Anand, celebrated as the “Curry Queen,” is a renowned chef, restaurateur, author, and educator whose culinary legacy spans over 75 years of family hospitality. Inspired by her parents’ traditional techniques and entrepreneurial spirit, she has carried forward her family’s famed Punjabi recipes from The Brilliant Restaurant in Southall—once declared the King’s favourite curry house—to new ventures including Brilliant Gastro in The Green Quarter and Dipna Anand Kitchen & Bar in Milton Keynes. Alongside running restaurants, food trucks, and cookery classes, Dipna has authored three cookbooks, appears regularly on ITV’s Saturday Morning with James Martin, and collaborates with Compass Group to bring Punjabi flavours to major sporting venues. Her warm personality, deep respect for tradition, and innovative approach to Indian cuisine have made her a beloved figure both in the kitchen and on screen.
