You have the option of depths of 65MM, 100MM, and 150MM, and use for chopped veg through to cooked sides, with a capacity of 2.5 litres up to 5.1 litres.
For added convenience, pair it with compatible gastronorm lids to cover and maintain freshness for your food. The lids are sold separately, but it is not difficult to locate them.
